1. Journal Identity Block (Front Page Standard)
Every article must begin with the following structured header:

2. Article Title Format
Title Rules
• Maximum 20 words
• Sentence case (NOT ALL CAPS)
• Avoid abbreviations
• Reflect study design if applicable
Example:
Effect of task-oriented training on balance and gait in post-stroke adults: A randomised controlled trial
3. Author Metadata Block (Important for Scopus/UGC)
Each author must include:
Name
Affiliation (Department, Institution, Country)
Email
ORCID ID (Mandatory for corresponding author)
Corresponding Author must include full postal address.
4. Abstract (Structured Mandatory)
250–300 words
Use structured headings:
Background
Objective
Methods
Results
Conclusion
Clinical/Practical Implications (required for applied sciences journals)
Keywords: 5–7 (use MeSH/standard indexing terms where possible)
5. Graphical Abstract (Highly Recommended)
Upload a single image summarising:
Study design → intervention → outcome
(Required for review articles and RCTs)

Include subheading:
Ethical Approval and Consent
Provide committee name + approval number
6.3 Results
Rules:
• No interpretation
• Use tables for primary data
• Report exact p-values and effect size
Example:

6.4 Discussion
Must contain:
Principal findings
Comparison with literature
Mechanism explanation
Clinical significance
Limitations

Short, evidence-based, no citations.
